29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i)(a): Every point of operation guard did not prevent entry of hands or fingers into the point of operation by reaching through, over, under or around the guard; a) On or about April 21, 2016, employees were operating the Niagara E200, Minster #6, and L&J Presses, the point of operation working area on the machines were not fully guarded and the gates on the presses were not equipped with interlock systems, thereby exposing employees to amputation hazards.
