29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected: On or about April 11, 2016, the employers periodic inspection of the energy control procedures did not include a review of each authorized employees responsibilities under the energy control procedures. Authorized employees perform service and maintenance activities on the A, B, and Hoist plating process lines. Energy sources include, but are not limited to; electrical, and/or kinetic (fluids) energy.
