29 CFR 1910.119(o)(5): The employer shall retain the two (2) most recent compliance audits. (a) 304 South Water Street, New Oxford Pennsylvania - Compliance audits were completed in 2010 and 2014. The employer did not retain the 2010 compliance audit, on or about April 5, 2016. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
