29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: At this establishment, in the plant production area, where employees were exposed to struck-by, caught-in, and electrical hazards when performing service and/or maintenance, periodic inspections of the energy control procedures at the manufacturing plant were inadequate for the following types of machines: a.
