29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(1)(i): Where exposure monitoring was required under 29 CFR 1926.1101, the employer did not perform monitoring to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of asbestos to which employees were or potentially were exposed: a) Alba Services Inc., 250 5th Ave. NY, NY 10001. The employer failed to determine if workers performing demolition, transportation, and disposal of building structures, such as, but not limited to internal walls and ceiling, were exposed to asbestos at or above the permissible exposure limit. The condition was noted on or about 11/23/15. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
