29 CFR 1926.201(a): Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, (1988 Edition, Revision 3 or the Millennium Edition: a) 37 N 63rd Street, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not ensure that company flaggers were stationed on the shoulder adjacent to the traffic being controlled or in a barricaded lane thus exposing an employee to struck-by hazards. This condition was observed on or about November 20, 2015.
