29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Examination. Electric equipment shall be free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a. On or about February 14, 2012, near tank M09, on battery charger number 6, the battery charging cables had rips in the protective coating leaving exposed bare wires unguarded, thereby exposing employees to live electrical parts.
