29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with and did not use electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: a) Worksite - On or prior to August 25, 2015, employees required to operate, test, troubleshoot, replace and maintain electrical equipment at the facility were not provided with and did not use electrical protective equipment, such as insulated gloves and face shield, appropriate for the specific parts of the body that need to be protected and for the work being performed.
