29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized was less than indicated in Table S1: a) K Plant, behind the #3 press, 6th and Center Streets, Tarentum, Pennsylvania 15084: Observed on or about August 28, 2015, the working space in front of the motor control center for the Laeis HVAKP 2000 hydraulic press (press #3) was less than indicated in Table S1. The distance between the front of the press #3 motor control center and the pressing pumps located in front of the motor control center was approximately 2 feet. The #3 press motor control center housed energized conductors (480 volt, 3 phase) and was listed as a HRC Level 0 arc flash and electric shock hazard. Electricians required to perform maintenance work inside the cabinet were exposed to arc flash and electric shock hazards.
