29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: On or about June 2, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were using a stairway not equipped with a stairrail system to access the second floor working area, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately ten (10) feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
