29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a) On or about 05/28/15 in the Textile Department; employer failed to protect employees against contact with energized electrical conductor when the wiring of the safety switch was visible and pulled away from the bushing on the Hot Melt Winder machine.
