29 CFR 1910.217(b)(7)(viii): Mechanical power press(es) using part revolution clutches with clutch/brake control systems, which contained both single and continuous functions, were not designed so that completion of continuous circuits could be supervised: Mechanical power presses located throughout facility (press room/production area, etc. ) had the key left in the selector mode control switch. Presses include, but are not limited to the following: a. Press #GBM140452: Minster #2, mechanical; b. Press #GAK400220: Bliss mechanical press.
