29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) On or about March 11, 2015, Processing area(s), employees sorting product to be processed and operating dry-cleaning equipment had not been instructed about the hazards of the flammable solvent mineral spirits which was used in the washers. Additionally, they had not received specific training in the use of personal protective equipment as well as work practice controls to reduce exposure to the drycleaning solvent.
