Shiloh Industries, Inc. dba Wellington Stamping located at 350 Maple St. Wellington, OH 44090; On or about February 5, 2015, the employer did not assure employees were adequately trained before starting work operating the OBI Danly Mechanical Power Presses. Employees are required to operate the presses and are not properly trained in the safe operation and safety features of the presses.
