29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(9): The employer did not ensure that labels or other forms of warning were legible, in English, and prominently displayed on the container, or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift: a) HOUSEKEEPING STOREROOM: On or about January 20, 2015, and at times prior there to, employees were exposed to the chemical hazards of unknown chemical liquids in portable containers hanging in the housekeepers closet. b) FACILITY KITCHEN: On or about January 20, 2015, and at times prior there to, employees were exposed to the chemical hazards of unknown chemical liquids in portable containers hanging in the kitchen above the dishwashing sinks.
