29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) Bldg. 660, Bay 1, Raw Stock Area: A custom made extension cord in use by employees was made from a flexible cord spliced into an electrical receptacle box. (b) Bldg. 660, Bay 1, Raw Stock Area: Two extension cords were connected in series to provide 120VAC service to portable heaters. (c) Bldg. 659, Bay 2: A microwave oven was plugged into a power strip. (d) Bldg. 658, Bay 3: A refrigerator was plugged into a power strip. (e) Bldg. 658, Bay 3: Two power strips were connected in series to provide 120VAC service to electrical equipment.
