29 CFR 1910.425(c)(2): A diver was not stationed at the underwater point of entry when surface-supplied air diving was conducted in enclosed or physically confining spaces is applicable to the Construction Standard 29 CFR 1926.1085 which incorporates the General Industry Requirements: On or about December 20th, 2014, at the jobsite, 1 East 11th Street - Slip 3, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, the employer did not station a diver at the underwater point of entry when surface-supplied air diving is conducted in enclosed or physically confining spaces.
