29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: On or about November 25, 2014 and at times prior thereto, sufficient access and working space was not maintained around electrical power exposing employees to electrical shock hazard. a) Administration file room, file cabinets and boxes of files blocked access to the electrical panel that provided all electrical power in the administration building, including lights, heaters, and outlets. b) Maintenance shop, the welding machine, industrial fan, and boxes blocked access to the electrical panel that provided all the electrical in the shop.
