29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(iv): Fixtures installed in wet or damp locations must be identified for the purpose and must be so constructed or installed that water cannot enter or accumulate in wireways, lampholders, or other electrical parts. (a) On November 3, 2014 entrance into the furnace room: Employees were exposed to electrical hazards. Electrical shock or electrocution due to constant leaks in the roof; resulting water causing wet or damp electrical parts throughout the furnace room. The leak was running down the light fixture in the furnace room. The leaking roof has caused the floor to rot through in the furnace room. (b) On November 12, 2014 while headed to the store room: Employees were exposed to electrical hazards. Electrical shock or electrocution due to deep sink and mop bucket located within the vicinity of an electrical panel box; the electrical panel box was also left open.
