29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions and were not effectively closed: (a) At Lake Taneycomo Woods on or about October 22, 2014 conductors entering the breaker panel in Well House #1 were not protected from abrasion. The openings were not effectively closed. (b) At Lake Taneycomo Woods on or about October 22, 2014 conductors entering the capacitor panel in Well House #1 were not protected from abrasion. The openings were not effectively closed. (c) At Lake Taneycomo Woods on or about October 22, 2014 conductors entering the service panel at the water panel were not protected from abrasion. . (d)At Lake Taneycomo Woods on or about October 22, 2014 conductors entering the breaker panel in Well House #2 were not protected from abrasion. The openings were not effectively closed. Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
