29 CFR 1910.1052(g)(3)(i): The employer did not select and provide to employees, the appropriate atmosphere-supplying respirator specified in 29 CFR 1910.134(d)(3)(i)(A), and the employer selected and used half mask respirators: a) Electro Chemical Engineering - 571 Sheet Application Trailer - On January 13, 2017, an employee, a Liner/Painter, was exposed to methylene chloride 1.25 times the time weighted average permissible exposure limit (PEL) and the employer did not select and provide an appropriate atmosphere-supplying full-face respirator. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
