29 CFR 1910.184(e)(3)(ii): Records of the most recent month in which each alloy steel chain sling was thoroughly inspected were not available for examination: (a) On or about August 2, 2023, employees were exposed to a crushed-by hazard in that alloy steel chain slings used with overhead cranes and an overhead trolley system had not been periodically inspected in that no documentation of any inspections was provided when requested.
