29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1)(iii):Gears were not guarded by a band guard covering the face of gear and having flanges extended inward beyond the root of the teeth on the exposed side or sides. On or about May 28, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were operating the Hamilton Tool Company Snap Collator which had gears that were not guarded, exposing the employees to an amputation hazard from being struck by the moving and rotating parts.
