29 CFR 1910.107(g)(7): "NO SMOKING" sign(s) in large letters on contrasting color backgrounds were not conspicuously posted at spraying area(s) and paint storage room(s). On or about October 29, 2019, the employer did not ensure that "No Smoking" signs were conspicuously posted at the following spray areas where employees sprayed primer (flammable) and paints (flammable) and were exposed to fire and explosion hazards: a. Powder shop at the primer cabinet spray booth, b. Powder shop at the spray booth for paint spraying, c. Plating building at the spray booth for paint spraying.
