29 CFR 1910.1052(l)(4): The employer did not train each affected employee as required under the Hazard Communication Standard at 29 CFR 1910.1200, 29 CFR 1915.1200, or 29 CFR 1926.59, as appropriate: (Construction Reference 1926.1152): On, or about September 10, 2019, at the location of 4899 Commerce Parkway, Cleveland OH, 44128, in the welding department, the employer failed to train employees on the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used.
