29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles, and disposed of daily: a. On or about October 7, 2014, paint building, there were no covers for two openings at the top of a 55 gallon drum of spray gun cleaning waste which exposes employees to fire and explosion hazards.
