29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize hazards related to ladders and stairways. Jobsite: On or about December 12, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees using 28-foot aluminum extension ladders to access a roof approximately 21 feet, 8 inches from ground level, were trained to recognize the hazards associated with ladder use and procedures to follow to minimize those hazards.
