29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):Employees using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: (a)Protective Coating Specialists, Inc. at 1350 7th Street Northwest, Huron, SD 57350: On or about and at times prior to December 4, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees required to utilize respiratory protection when performing work were protected from chemical hazards in that employees did not complete fit testing prior to initial use of respirators. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
