29 CFR 1910.177(c)(3): The employer shall evaluate each employee's ability to perform these tasks and to service rim wheels safely, and shall provide additional training as necessary to assure that each employee maintains his or her proficiency: On or about July 11, 2023, at a workplace located at 5843 Tower Drive, Florence, Wisconsin in the Truck Shop; The employer did not have a training program nor an evaluation procedure for employees servicing and changing commercial vehicle tires and rims.
