29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2): The employer did not provide employees with effective information of: (i) The requirements of this section; (ii) Any operations in their work area where hazardous chemicals are present; and, (iii) The location and availability of the written hazard communication program, including the required list(s) of hazardous chemicals, and safety data sheets required by this section: On or about May 2, 2023, employees working conducting auto servicing activities, were exposure to hazardous chemicals and the employer did not provide the employees with any hazard communication training. This training information would include the following: Information: a. The requirements of this section; b. Any operations in their work area where hazardous chemicals were present, and; c. The location and availability of the written hazard communication program, including the required list(s) of hazardous chemicals, and safety data sheets.
