29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i):The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees: a.) Gasbarre Products, Inc.; on or about 5/5/2022 and at times prior thereto, Employees conduct servicing and maintenance on equipment including but not limited to, Press Brakes. The employer did not conduct Lockout Tagout/Hazardous Energy Control training with Authorized employees. b.) Gasbarre Products, Inc.; on or about 5/5/2022 and at times prior thereto, Employees operate Press Brake equipment which requires periodic service maintenance and repairs. The employer did not conduct Lockout Tagout/Hazardous Energy Control training with Affected employees.
