29 CFR 1910.176(c):Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage: a) International Cushioning Co. on or about February 22, 2022, at the address of 2101 Cedar St. Fremont, OH: The employer did not ensure storage areas were kept free of trip hazards and excessive accumulation of flammable/combustible materials (foam product). In this condition employees were exposed to fire and trip hazards.
