29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Western Bee Supplies, Inc., Above North Wall Breaker Panels: On or about March 11, 2021 and at times prior employees were exposed to fire hazards while using an orange electrical extension cord as a permanent means of wiring to power an overhead fluorescent light. b) Western Bee Supplies, Inc., Above Grove Chain Machine: On or about March 11, 2021 and at times prior employees were exposed to fire hazards while using a black electrical extension cord as a permanent means of wiring to power an overhead fluorescent light.
