29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training on hazardous chemicals did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from these hazards, including specific procedures the employer has implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment to be used; (a) On or about 10/27/2020 - Chamber 40, the employer did not ensure employees conducting cold climate testing in a foam-constructed enclosure inside Chamber 40 had been trained on the measures to take to protect themselves from the hazards of chemicals, such as, but not limited to, Liquid Nitrogen.
