29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): Optima Stantron Corp. Div of Elma Electronic Inc., Lawrenceville, GA - On or about 02/14/2019, employees were exposed to hazardous chemical products such as but not limited to the Envirokote 3385 NP, Industrial Purple Cleaner and Degreaser, Cyclo-147F Cyclomethicone Navy Solvent and Cleaner, Denatured Alcohol, AL104U Interpon 100 Gray and 6100 Series Fast Dry Enamel Screen Ink. Safety data sheets were not maintained and readily accessible to employees, as required by the hazard communication standard.
