29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a. 580 Port Carteret Drive, Carteret, NJ The employer did not provided information and training on hazardous chemicals used by employees. Employees use hazardous chemicals including, but were not limited to, acetylene, compressed oxygen, and commercial cleaning products and were not provided effective training to understand the hazards associated with the chemicals being used on a daily basis.
