29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Throughout the facility - On or about October 17, 2017, and at times prior to, employees used a variety of chemicals products including but not limited to propane, Original Pig, sulfuric acid, heptane and Liquilube for the forklift. Employees were not trained on the hazards or the safe handling of the chemical products.
