29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) On or about April 12, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer did not train employees in the hazards of chemicals, including, but not limited to Conrad & Bischoff Tool & Parts cleaner, Kendall Limited Slip Axle Grease, Pentosin CHF 11S Hydraulic oil, Sta-Lube Equa-Torque Differential Friction Modifier, Premium A/C Flush, BG 244 Diesel Fuel System Cleaner, and Brody Chemical Concrete Cleaner.
