29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(B): Additional retraining was not provided whenever a periodic inspections under 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6) reveled that there were deviations from or inadequacies in the employee's knowledge or use of the energy control procedures: Facility Wide: Energy control training was not provided for electricians. The electrician was performing testing and troubleshooting of an electrical circuit and did not wear appropriate PPE and could not determine means necessary for energy isolation and control when working with live electrical power prior to beginning his work.
