29 CFR 1910.134(h)(4)(ii): Respirator repairs were not made in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and specifications for the type and extent of repairs to be performed: a) Next to the abrasive blast room, the shroud for the abrasive blasting helmet was secured to the helmet with duct tape. b) A Spray Painter on the Paint Line had masking tape over the exhalation valve cover on a full face cartridge respirator.
