29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) Bingamon Corporation: On February 20, 2016 and times prior, employees used diesel fuel, which is flammable, and Chevron Starplex EP grease, Havoline conventional antifreeze/coolant, and SAE 15W-40 motor oil. The employer has not provided employees with information and training on the hazards of the chemicals.
