29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about October 1, 2015- job site at 74 Onderdonk Ave, Ridgewood, NY 11385 the employer permitted employees to use a electrically powered SEFAC bus lift that was powered by a flexible cord with detached strain relief. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
