29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: Saker ShopRites, Inc. dba World Class Kitchens/Linden, NJ - Chemical Storage Room: Employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled to identify chemical contained therein. Chemicals used on site include but are not limited to: a) LAC100 (which contains sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide) b) Chlor Machine Dish Detergent (which contains sodium carbonate, sodium tripoly phosphate, and sodium sulfate), c) IPC 400 (which contains sodium hydroxide), d) Alpha Bac 10 (which contains alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chlorides and alkyl dimethyl ethylbenzyl ammonium chlorides), e) Green Suds (which contains sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate), etc. Condition noted on or about December 6, 2013.
