29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): 29 CFR 1919.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2) and (3) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area: a) On or about September 24, 2013-Job site at 130-45 180 th Street Jamaica, NY 11434 Employer permitted employees to use hazardous chemicals such as BTC2125M-80% , Sodiun Xylenesulfonate 40%, Lipidase C, Propylene Glycol Industrial Grade, Sodium Nitrate, AP 800S ; sensitizers such as Savinase, and Lipolase as well as DIETHYLENE GLYCOL MONOBUTYL ETHER (GLYCOL ETHERS CATEGORY), Sulfuric Acid 93%, Nitric Acid 67%, Oxalic Acid, Sodium Hydroxide without hazard communication training. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
