29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. On or about June 27, 2013, the employer did not ensure that cabinets and boxes were effectively closed, including but not limited to the following: a) the 2-plug receptacle located on the interior column of the main building was not effectively closed. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards. b) A low voltage panel was missing its back cover. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.
