29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided information and training, as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and (2) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area: (a) Zimmerman Manufacturing, LLC, 125 King Court, New Holland, PA - Employees were not trained on the hazards of the chemicals they use, including but not limited to, propane, lubricants, grease, and acetylene/oxygen, on a daily basis, on or about May 31, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
