29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders as necessary, enabling each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards. (a) Right side of the building - On or about April 3, 2025, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that employees were not trained in ladder safety and demonstrated an inability to work safely on ladders.
