29 CFR 1910.335(b)(1): Safety signs, safety symbols, or accident prevention tags were not used where necessary to warn employees about electrical hazards which may endanger them: (a) On March 07, 2025, and at times prior thereto, the plant manager was exposed to 110 volts of electricity when replacing a fuse in the Pony Panel. (b) On March 07, 2025, and at times prior thereto, employees performing servicing or maintenance on the Schurman Machine Incorporated Edger Saw Model No. 6TA60, Serial No. 2512 disconnect electrical energy at various electrical panels (buckets) including the Pony Panel.
