29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a) Huckleberry Roasters, Fulfillment Production: On or about February 11, 2025, the employer did not keep safety data sheets on site for chemicals used by employees. Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to: Star San acid sanitizer and Duda Energy anhydrous citric acid.
