29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords were attached to building surfaces: At the commercial worksite located at 2818 North Oak Grove Avenue, Springfield, Missouri: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards when utilizing tools plugged into extension cords that were attached to building surfaces that were then plugged into electrical wall outlets. a) A vertical shop light was plugged into an extension cord that was hung from a bungee cord from the wall. b) An angle grinder was plugged into an extension cord that was wrapped around an electrical conduit.
